Producer Name: IIInfinite
Hometown: Sunnyvale, CA 🇺🇸
Describe the moment that inspired you to get into music production:
I watched an episode of Rhythm Roulette and instantly got inspired to start making music. I've always loved music and had my family members put me on to great music, but I never thought of making it until seeing that video.
What’s your DAW of choice, and why?
FL Studio, It was the first one and I never looked back lol.
Do you have any routines or rituals before starting a session?
Caffeine
How would you describe your signature sound?
I don't really feel like I have a signature sound. I do find myself gravitating to dark, ambient, orchestral sounds when I make beats tho!
What's on that master bus 👀?
Fruity Soft Clipper brotherrrrrrrrrrr. Sometimes an EQ boosting whatever frequencies I feel like it needs.
If you could only use three plugins for the rest of your career, what would they be?
Omnisphere, Zenology, Kontakt
What is a must-have drum kit every producer should have?
The Cali Bounce Drum Kit on Gatekeep Sounds. Fire for all of the West Coast Sounds you need, personally my go to kit for 2025.
How do you overcome creative block?
Brute force lol. Sometimes all you need is one good loop/beat to get you back in that mode. So if you just keep on creating and try to push through that mental block you can make it on the other side.
What’s your most recent project?
Had the pleasure to work on "Rich Off Rap" by BigXThaplug (co-produced) and also "GOT EEM" by Mozzy. I'm really proud of these songs because I genuinely love to listen to them! The Bigx album charted #1 on Billboard for independent albums and the Mozzy Album charted as well.
How do you know when a track is finished?
When you can start rapping on it, and when there is enough to arrange without it getting stale.
Which producers would you love to collaborate with?
If you are dope I wanna collab
What's a song you wish you had produced?
Dangerous by Gudda Brvckin and Peysoh. That beat is insane
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received about music production?
Just make what you love and stop putting all these imaginary rules on yourself. The producer community can get really toxic at times with all of the opinions and rules that it creates, you just have to remember that they are all fake. This is art and you have to create what you feel, no matter what.
If your sound was a movie, which film would it be?
I dont really watch movies like that lol
What is a fun fact about you?
I randomly had a record blow up in South Africa called "Sosh Plata" and the only reason why it happened was because I decided to make a loop in my car on my lunch break. There is much more to that story but that is the condensed version.
What’s your long-term vision?
I love everything that I am doing right now. So the goal is for everything to be on a bigger and better level.
