MEET REAZY RENEGADE

Producer Name: Reazy Renegade 🌊
Hometown: Miami, FL 🇺🇸
Currently Resides In: Miami, FL 🇺🇸
Describe the moment that inspired you to get into music production:
I’ll never forget I was like 12 years old. I was watching music videos on my old 25 inch TV and Fabolous Hollaback Youngin video came on and I remember really wondering, how did they make those sounds? How was the music created that got me digging into making beats.
Who are some of your musical influences?
I feel like I’m a mixture of Pharrell, will.i.am, Kanye, Tiesto and myself
What’s your DAW of choice, and why?
FL Studio, it’s the GOAT! I’ve been using it since the first version so I feel like somewhat of a master at it.
Do you have any routines or rituals before starting a session?
Haha I take naps before my sessions and whatever dreams I had during that nap become inspiration for whatever sound I’m creating during that session.
How would you describe your signature sound?
My signature sound I would say is very spontaneous over the years, I would always aim for each beat to sound a bit different.
What's on that master bus 👀?
Waves SSL Comp
If you could only use three plugins for the rest of your career, what would they be?
Omnisphere, Kontakt and Analog Lab
What is a must-have drum kit every producer should have?
Book of Reezus Drumkit and Blacklist Finale Kit 🔥
How do you overcome creative block?
I overcome creative block by going outside and doing something different, resetting my mind watching a movie, just doing regular things, going to the gym, by the time I’m done with all that an idea magically forms in my head.
What’s your most recent project?
I’ve been working with Cartel Bo, Boston Richey, Sukihana, Slim Jxmmi and K Camp, along with my own project which I’m releasing singles currently.
How do you know when a track is finished?
I know a track is finished by feeling, it’s just something you know, when it’s done it’s done. Overthinking and over producing are one of the biggest problems in the Producer community
Which producers would you love to collaborate with?
If you are dope I wanna collab!
What's a song you wish you had produced?
Southern Hospitality by Ludacris
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve received about music production?
The best advice I received was from Kanye West when I was making beats with him in the studio, he would let the sounds keep their natural level and wouldn’t do full mixes, and his beat sounded crazy like that. So I started doing that and let the mixing engineer finish the mixes, when the song was done they always came out a lot better.
If your sound was a movie, which type of film would it be?
Sci-fi
What is a fun fact about you?
Fun facts about me... I still currently play baseball in a semi-pro league, while making music of course. I love to work out, and I love fashion.
What’s your long-term vision?
Long-term vision to be one of the best soundsmiths producers visionaries, creatives that ever lived!
Where can people hear your music and connect with you?
@ReazyRenegade on all platforms and socials
